Independent status

TLUX is an independent specialist and is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. Tesla, Model S, Model 3, Model X, Model Y, Roadster, Cybertruck and related marks belong to their respective owner.

Privacy

We collect only information you submit through enquiry, sourcing and appointment forms: contact details, vehicle information and your message. We use it to respond, prepare requested services and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and rights

Enquiries are retained only as long as needed for the relationship and legal obligations. Under applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction, restriction or deletion by writing to privacy@tlux.lu. A formal controller address and retention schedule will be added before launch.

Service terms

Online requests do not create a repair contract or guarantee an appointment. Scope, estimate, parts, timing and payment terms are confirmed separately. Additional work requires approval except where immediately necessary to prevent damage or meet a legal safety duty.

Vehicle and auction terms

Vehicle availability, specifications and prices require confirmation. Auction sourcing is performed only under a signed mandate with an approved maximum bid. Auction, transport, tax, customs, homologation and repair risk are disclosed in the individual estimate.

Parts and returns

Fitment must be confirmed against the VIN and vehicle configuration. Consumer withdrawal, warranty and return rights apply as required by Luxembourg and EU law; final commercial terms and return address will be published before checkout is enabled.
