Data used by this product

Enquiry forms process the contact details, vehicle information, requested service and message you submit. Authorised operators use these records to respond and discuss a possible estimate or appointment. An enquiry is not itself permission for continuous vehicle telemetry or for sharing full records with an unspecified workshop.

Hosting and service providers

The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting and access providers may process network addresses, request metadata, security logs and authentication information under their own service arrangements. Account features use authentication where enabled; application records and uploaded files use the configured storage services. Following external links or sending email involves the relevant external service.

Purpose and legal bases

Data is used to provide the requested site features, answer enquiries, administer access, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on the activity, the basis is your request or contract, legitimate interests in secure operation, a legal obligation, or consent for optional features. Provider security and backup retention may differ; removal from an interface is not a promise of immediate backup erasure.
